From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the city and public transport. The manager, who provided exceptional customer service, was knowledgeable and offered helpful advice on local attractions and transportation options. The breakfast on Sunday was fantastic as well.

Friendly staff, upgraded our son's room, comfortable and warm, clean and well maintained. Exceptional service, late check-in available, greeted with a smile. Spacious and clean room, everything needed provided. Good value, pleasant staff, convenient location on tram route. Perfectly located, easy to drive to, direct tram to CBD. Spacious and well set up room, clean and comfortable. Great parking, accommodating staff, excellent security.

Cleanliness was outstanding, both inside the rooms and outside surrounds. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Parking was good, although a little tight. The location was excellent, as it was near public transport and reasonably close to the city centre. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced accommodation with a convenient location, this place is a great choice. It's situated right in front of a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast on site and the bathrooms are newly renovated. Plus, there's plenty of parking available. Just be aware of the noisy main road nearby.

Comfortable and clean room, with a warm and cozy bed. The bathroom was well-maintained and had ample storage space. The laundry room was convenient to use. I had a very pleasant stay at this inn. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms and updated bathrooms that are well-maintained by housekeeping. The location is convenient, with easy access to the tram stop and close proximity to catch a taxi. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities are provided, making it suitable for my needs. Additionally, breakfast is served in the room at a fair price.
The hotel could improve on its noise control.

As a tourist, I really appreciated the 24-hour check-in and the convenience of being located at a traffic junction. Despite the location, the rooms were surprisingly quiet and the electric warmers provided added a cozy touch. It was also great to have a 24-hour McDonald's just 1 km away for late-night snacks. the hotel offered great value for money, and I was impressed by the quality of the building and the attention to detail in the paintwork. The proximity to public transport made it easy to explore the city.
I felt quite safe during my stay and had nothing to complain about.
